Wagener named MIAA Specialist of the Week

Junior setter Christine Wagener was awarded the MIAA Specialist of the Week as the No. 8 Bulldogs snatched their three-game skid with wins against Missouri Western State College and Northwest Missouri State University.

Wagener averaged 13.00 assists, 3.00 digs and 0.83 service aces while hitting .400 during the week.

Men's soccer climbs into NCAA Div. II rankings

The Bulldogs soccer team was awarded a 12th-place ranking in the NCAA national rankings after beating then-No. 11-ranked Rockhurst University (Mo.) This is the first time all year the 'Dogs have been in the national rankings.

Truman also moved up to No. 2 in the NCSAA Great Lakes Region after Sunday's win. They trail only S. Illinois-Edwardsville

Women's soccer falls out of first place in MIAA

After finishing 0-1-1 last weekend, the women's soccer team lost the top spot in the MIAA. It is 7-6-3 and 5-2-3 in the MIAA. The Bulldogs have 18 points and are tied with Washburn University for second place. Missouri Southern State University leads the conference with 20 points.
