Gustavo Ochoa, 47, and Alisha Nicole Brune, 29, of Adair County were killed in Wednesday night's tornado that hit northern Kirksville, Adair County coroner Brian Noe said.
Ochoa and Brune were engaged and Ochoa was a Bank of Kirksville vice president, according to an article in today's St. Louis Post-Dispatch.
Noe said Ochoa and Brune were thrown about 75 feet from their mobile home, according to the Post-Dispatch article.

The Sullivan County coroner has confirmed that 56-year-old Joyce Green was killed in Sullivan County during Wednesday night's tornado.
Green lived in a mobile home about four miles northeast of Milan, Sullivan County coroner Paul Ruschmeier said. Milan is located almost directly in the center of Sullivan County.
The names of the two victims in Adair County have not yet been released.

Two fatalities due to Wednesday night's tornado have been confirmed in Adair County. Adair County coroner Brian Noe said two people died in their mobile homes on Rye Street, on the north side of Kirksville. Ages and names have not yet been released.
This comes in addition to the death in Sullivan County that Susie Stonner, spokesperson for the Missouri State Emergency Management Agency, reported Wednesday night.
Noe said Northeast Regional Medical Center also reported six minor injuries in the area.
The National Weather Service confirmed that an EF-1 tornado hit the north side of Kirksville yesterday evening. Their measurements are based on an Enhanced Fujita scale that bases assessments on 28 different indicators, including types of damage and wind strength. An EF-1 tornado can generate winds from 86 to 110 mph.
The storm hit Kirksville at about 6 p.m. Wednesday evening, causing major damage to Jim Robertson's Chevrolet Toyota dealership and homes in the Bob White development on the north side of town. The National Weather Service in Pleasant Hill, Mo., also reported a tornado in Novinger at 5:48 p.m.
