Ice found to have electrical uses
A 69-year-old chemistry debate was settled in late March when Sherwin Singer, a researcher and professor of physical chemistry at Ohio State, developed Ice-XI. With a little help from OSU graduate student Jer-Lai Kuo, Singer proved a once believed impossible phase of ice could be formed.
