The article on hypnosis written by Lauren Kellet in the Dec. 8 edition of the Index is full of inaccurate and misleading information. I suggest you adopt a more rigorous approach to editing and monitoring such articles.
I have made more extensive comments on the Truman State Index site regarding Lauren's article as have a number of other professionals in the field. Good quality hypnotherapy and clinical hypnotherapy benefits thousands of people each year, students included.
I suggest that you seek out professional advice about hypnotherapy and include a set of corrections in your next publication. You might wish to contact the Hypnotherapy Academy of American in Santa Fe, N.M. They are one of the most reputable hypnotherapy training organizations in the U.S.
